(additional) spouse's pension
this is the UK term for a continued pension paid to a spouse in the event of the pensioner's death. In most schemes, it will run for a certain period under the terms of the original pension (though not usually for the ten years in the German system), but will need to be added to if it is to run for longer than that.
There is also a 'child's pension' ie 'Waisenrente' payable in those circumstances, so you may want to broaden the term to 'relatives' pension' or similar, but this is usually paid to the spouse so I don't think much will be lost if you just use 'spouse's pension'.
(Across the pond, I think this is sometimes known as a 'survivor's pension').
'Spouse's pension: After the short term pension ends we will pay a pension to your husband or wife for the rest of their lifetime.'

'A spouse's pension...means...that if you were to die before your spouse, 50% of the pension you were receiving would become payable to your spouse/partner for the rest of his/her life.'
