German term

Lebensjahrvorgriff

German to English Bus/Financial Human Resources
This is the name of an input field from an HR system on the page which allows a manager to request a promotion for a member of his/her staff. Once you have entered the name, personal details and salary increase required there are 3 further fields:

Berufsjahre ab + date (display field only)
Nächste Berufsjahrvorrückung + date (display field only)
***Lebensjahrvorgriff*** with drop down box of options to choose from. As these are screen prints I can't see the options except for the first one which is "kein Vorgriff"
