In der Folge werden die erfaßten Daten intern analysiert und dokumentieren um ggfs. künftig geeignete präventive Maßnahmen zur Abwehr bestimmter Risiken vorzuschlagen und mir den Standorten gemeinsam zu entwickeln.

This is what I came up with for this sentence from a study on security and crime risks, I just want to check with all of you:
The data recorded will then be analyzed in-house and documented in order to propose suitable preventative measures in the future, on an as-needed basis to avoid certain risks and to develop the locations in collaboration with me (i.e., so that they will be safer, at less risk).
