Discussion

Lingua.Franca (asker) Sep 15, 2009:
angesetzt just double-checked. could be a typo.
Julia James Sep 15, 2009:
more context? Are you really sure that it reads "angesetzt"? Or should it be "eingesetzt"?
Lingua.Franca (asker) Sep 15, 2009:
making things interesting :) Sorry - I rarely ask questions... I should have thought of giving more context.

Yes, XYZ is a person, employed as an 'angestellter ingenieur' at YYY. Dabei ...
Erik Freitag Sep 15, 2009:
Why not give all relevant context from the beginning? ;-)

So I understand that XYZ obviously is a person (which wasn't clear from you initial posting - hence my asking for additional context). I suspect a typo or transcription error for "eingesetzt".
Lingua.Franca (asker) Sep 15, 2009:
more context XYZ was employed as an engineer at firm YYY from 2005 to 2007. Dabei wurde XYZ bei der Firma XXX angesetzt.

That's all the relevant context I have.
Erik Freitag Sep 15, 2009:
Please provide sufficient context.
