Game Chat
Translating DE-EN game chat and came across the term "mach an den Lachs", never heard it before.
It seems to fall at the start of a game and a few lines down is "auf gehts" - is it a phrase along these "let's go" lines?
Any help much appreciated

let's start
This might be a wild guess, but when googling the phrase, it will lead you to a video from a German youtuber, who says the exact same phrase ("Komm, mach an den Lachs, Junge" at 8:57). In this video he refers to the guy he's reacting to, telling him to start the car. So I think you're right, it can be loosely translated as "let's go" or "let's start".

Comment: "Think this seems to be the general consensus, if looking for a more idiomatic phrase maybe 'let's get this party started'. Thanks!"
