German term

Anpass. zuschl. neu fest

German to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Salary adjustments
This appears on a statement of earnings for someone working for the Armed Forces. The context is a list of payments of various kinds. I'm guessing that Anpass. zuschl. could be Anpassungszuschlag, but am a bit stumped about the "neu fest" part. Here is the list, which is the only context I have. The amounts are in euros.

Bezüge: lfd. Monat
Art:

Grundgehalt 2508.71
Allgem Stellenzulage 63.45
Kompaniefeldwebel-Zulage 76.69

Zwischensumme 2648.85
Anpass. zuschl. neu fest 14.43

TIA for any help!
Proposed translations (English)

basis on which the salary is calculated has been changed, and 14.43 is the new formula/basis/rate or whatever
