German term
ab mittlerem Verfall
German to English
Bus/Financial
Finance (general)
Debts
I encountered this sentence in a judgment ordering someone to repay some money:
(date)
I'm not sure about "ab mittlerem Verfall." Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Andrew

A bit of a mouthful, but this is the most concise way I can find to explain it.
As the two examples in my reference show, this may or may not be a payment due date.

: This is on the right lines, but not specific enough.

I think mid-term' as a concept is fairly specific for most people; not at the beginning or end of a period, but in the middle, half way from/to previous/next payments.
