From a press release. A company representative is giving "Prämien- und Sachgeschenke- und Sachgeschenke" to employees for reaching milestones in continuous service (50 years, 25 years, etc.). I think the Prämiengeschenke might be financial bonuses, as opposed to the Sachgeschenke, which are material gifts, but I can only find Prämien in the dictionary and not Prämiengeschenke so I'm not certain of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Some companies do give money in addition to or in lieu of "Sachgeschenke" (which could be things like - in the past - engraved golden watches, etc. A holiday voucher or the like.) Money could be a pre-determined "loyalty bonus" which is included in the salary in the month of the relevant anniversary.

i also think that these are some kind of bonuses, but since i knopw how some firms operate, they never give you bonuses in cash, but services at more favourable prices
