Datenaustausch-Beleg ist eine Moeglichkeit, und da es ein Maschinenausdruck zu sein schein, glaube ich nicht an einen Schreibfehler - ich denke wirklich, die einfachste Loesung ist die beste, und damit Susannes Vorschlag. Susanne, warum schlaegst Du nicht eine Uebersetzung vor?

Wie wär´s mit Datenaustausch-Beleg ? So würde ich das sehen. Im Falle, dass es keinen Kundenbeleg gibt wurde die Transaktion einfach elektronisch autorisiert. Da wird nicht die "physische" Unterschrift auf papier übertragen, sondern einfach die Information dass eine Genehmigung des Kunden vorliegt.
Wäre mein Vorschlag dazu.

Dauerauftrag-Beleg Geraten, aber doch nicht unwahrscheinlich in dem Kontext? Wahrscheinlich eine interne Abkürzung oder von der Computersoftware (sofern verwendet) ausgespuckter Begriff, um die Art des Kundenbelegs, der nicht erstellt werden konnte, näher zu benennen.

Thanks for the context You say "Dabeleg" is underneath Folgeseite vorhanden". Could it be "Folgeseite vorhanden, da Beleg"? Does that make any sense?

Thanks, Uta it is definitely a possibility. But the space is there to write it out - so why use a shortened form?

"DABELEG" might be some kind of abbreviation, since there is no such German word as "Dabeleg" as far as I know. Maybe this is short for "Datenbeleg"? But this is just a guess.

Literal OK, here we go: the penultimate line is

Gilt ab: __________________ FOLGESEITE VORHANDEN

The last line is:

Kundenbeleg konnte nicht erstellt werden! OZV verständigen! DABELEG

Because of the way "Dabeleg" is arranged underneath "Folgeseite vorhanden", it might have something to do with that, although I can't see what. And I don't have the Folgeseite.

Again, this is all I have. I wouldn't have thought "Dabeleg" is a real word, either, I certainly can't find it anywhere else, but there it is.
