interested buyer flush with cash

is what it means. Less idiomatic would be "interested buyer with available cash"

the affluent interested buyer

the interested buyer with an abundance of funds

disagree philgoddard : No, it doesn't refer to their wealth, but simply to what proportion of their holdings is liquid, ie held in cash or similar assets.

The highly liquid buyer

I don't think you need to translate "interessiert" - it's implied by the context. I'd also be tempted to use the plural (highly liquid buyers).
