German term

abwicklungsarm

German to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) no real idea of the subject
Wish I knew what was going on here...!

MMTO standard device The product is entirely executed in the Budget through the product dialog. The component list is created purely by the dialog executed in the Budget (=abwicklungsarm).

Abwicklungsarm with ID no.: The product is entirely executed in the Budget by the product dialog. The component list is purely created by the dialog executed in the Budget (=abwicklungsarm).

If the basis is an abwicklungsarm product (product status 1 or 2) then a special component list is necessary if everything on the product has to be emblematically changed except for the name.

The idea behind warehouse management, or product management software is that no end of lists and/or reports can be automatically generated from database tables. And this seems to be the case here. It seems to me that your software is describing a product automatically defaulted in to a list - i.e. entered in a list with a minimum of manual processing (abwicklungsarm). The problem is that sometimes ancilliary information transferred in to the new list/report is not always required and might have to be amended/deleted. If this more or less describes what's going on in your text then as an adjective I would write 'defaulted'.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Michael, thanks for your help. I went with "minimum of manual processing" as there were already 2 terms being used in the document for defaults/pre-defined "stuff"."
