Erwerbkellerabteil. Es kommt nur einmal vor in meinem schalltechnischem Gutachten über ein Geschäfts- und Wohnhaus:
"Das Geschäfts- und Wohnhaus besteht aus Kellergeschoss mit Tiefgarage, Haustechnikraum und Erwerbkellerabteilen, Erdgeschoss und 1. OG mit Geschäftsflächen.." etc.
Es könnte sich um ein Fehler im Ausgangstext handeln. Hat jemand eine Idee was es sein könnte?

Im Zusammenhang mit "Geschäftshaus" ist es naheliegend, an "Gewerbekeller" zu denken, das heisst, ein Keller für Mieter, die ein Gewerbe betreiben, wie Handwerker, und Lagerraum benötigen. Da derartige deutsche Komposita wohl kaum eine feste Übersetzung im Englischen haben, sollte man das als Keller für Gewerbetreibende übersetzen.
