The full sentence reads "Damit verfügt XXX nicht nur über eine sehr moderne technische Architektur, sondern auch über eine Realtime-Schnittstelle zum für die Planung wichtigen ERP-System." The 'zum für die Planung wichtigen ERP-System.' confuses me a little. This just means that XXX also has a real-time interface for the important ERP system used for the planning, nicht wahr? Am I understanding this correctly?

I disagree with Stephen - "zum" (= zu dem) is not at all superfluous here but just a condensed way of expressing that XXX "...verfügt über eine Realtime-Schnittstelle zum ERP-System, das für die Planung wichtig ist".
