The words 'inlet' and 'outlet' are used in this German text in English at times. But don't know 'Gutauslauf'.

Agree ... with Coqueiro as more context was provided in the meantime. In view of this I have qualified and updated my answer below.

Coqueiro Apr 4, 2011:
Gut-/Schlechtauslauf imho means discharge/outlet of good/deficient products
Paula Price (asker) Apr 4, 2011:
Gutauslauf In the text there is not only a "Gutauslauf"" but a "Schlechtauslauf" which suggests two opposing terms.

In the light of more context provided by the asker, i.e. that the question refers to "Gutauslauf" and "Schlechtauslauf" I now suggest acceptable/good product/material discharge/outlet for "Gutauslauf" and reject/bad product/material discharge/outlet" for "Schlechtauslauf":
e.g.:
