German to English Tech/Engineering Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng Chemical manufacturing

This comes in a header from a set of manufacturing instructions for an unspecified chemical. The following words also appear in the header: "BOM" (presumably Bill of Materials), "On-line Stückliste", "Stamm" (followed by a long number), "Basis ME/Stüli" (Stüli = Stückliste)and "Standardseriengewicht".

The rest of the document consists of a table with a list of chemicals and 3 columns of numbers: the Bedarfsmenge, 'Aussß' (output?) and 'Gült'.

The quantity required varies for each chemical ingredient, but the numbers in the 'Aussß' column are all 1.0000 and in the 'Gült' column they are all 50700.
I'm having trouble making sense of it all and would really appreciate any input.

Can anyone work out what ME stands for? And would something like "Series Compensation" be appropriate here?
