teamdynamik
German to English

Hi :)
Es geht um einen cv, die Standardfloskel "able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team" ist zu neutral.

is a (dynamic) team player
If I read your question correctly, you're looking for an ENGLISH expression for use in a CV??
You'll frequently find something to the effect that a person is "a (good, effective) team player" or "works well within a team". I'm not sure that I'd use "team dynamics" in this context, but if you want to turn it up a notch, you might be able to say that the person "is a dynamic force in the teams in which s/he works" or "takes on a leadership role in the team"
Off hand, I don't know of any websites where you can find samples of English cvs, but if you'll google on "resume writing" or "effective resumes + tips" or something like that, you should find a wealth of information as well as actual resume samples.

or similar.
(see one of several examples: http://www.cv-service.org/example2p1.html)
But I wouldn't worry about Standardfloskels being neutral.
According to friends in HR management, you have to be careful about overstating such claims, otherwise the hidden signals that might come through are that you are a bully. CV's are always a pain, because they cross the (normed" cultural boundaries in a big way. Allegedly the most important things people look for (in the simplest language) are: Who are you, what have you done and where, and what did you achieve.

team dynamic
... There’sa real team dynamic and everyone’s keen to get things done and deliver results. I thrive in that type of environment”. Essential Competencies ...
