legal signatory? authorized signatory? What's the proper term in this context?

signatory on the right

Hat wahrscheinlich nichts mit "legal", sondern mit "links und rechts" zu tun...
Gibt es auch einen, der links unterschrieben hat?
Suche nach "Rechtsunterzeichner" bei LEO bringt auch "signatory on the right".

Thanks
agree Pat Jenner (X) : I had a similar phrase the other day (Linksunterzeichneter, which made it easier to understand). I found 'signatory on the left' a little clumsy, so put the name of the party instead

Good option, thank you.
agree nikosmr : I also agree with Pat, that the phrase is clumsy.

So do I, thanks.
agree InaHohmann : Usually, the person signing on the left is the more senior, eg head of department, the person signing on the right is the one actually handling the matter

That's right, thanks.

as discussed with Mr. ....

it is rather unusual to have 2 signatories in normal english correspondence. I would use the aboved or: as discussed between you and Mr. ....
