Is a letter informing managers about a corporate group's new structure. I think that 'specialised authority' might be correct and I found hits on google but would like to check with those who are more familiar. TIA
Die neue Organisationsstruktur (Matrixorganisation) ist durch eine funktionale Gliederung mit regionaler Verantwortung gekennzeichnet. Nachdem in einem ersten Schritt durch die zu Beginn des Jahres erfolgte Erweiterung des Vorstandes direkte regionale Verantwortungsbereiche im Geschäftsbereich Zucker geschaffen wurden, werden nun in einem zweiten Schritt zum 1. März 2003 Konzernfunktionen eingeführt, die durch ein konzernweites fachliches Weisungsrecht (über Regionen und Bereiche hinweg) gekennzeichnet sind. Lediglich das Spezialitätengeschäft unterliegt einer überregionalen Bereichsverantwortung.
