Provision
The "Zuweisung" is an "increase" in the provision. A "Pauschalwertberichtigung" is a "General provision" . A general provision is calculated by applying a percentage to the balance on the account, e.g. a "% general provision on receviables. It is distingusihed from a "specific "provision" which in the case of receivables, for instance, would be calculated with reference to individual invoices.

It must have something to do with "Richtlinien" (Ausrichtung), without reaching into "Berichtigung" (Korrektur) where something is brought into conformity with a pre-set (pauschal) standard, or else the whole thing is moot. I trust they don't mean 'reporting' (Berichterstattung) which would be a brand-new low for the German language
