German term

Hektareinsatz

German to English Tech/Engineering Agriculture Tillage machines
Für einen durchschnittlichen Hektareinsatz im Grünland zur Neueinsaat, Nachsaat und Vertikultierung.

This is for a pasture comb. I am also looking for an equivalent for "Verticultierung".

I'm not sure about Hektareinsatz, but Vertikutierung is verticutting, described here >
Vertical mowing, or verticutting, describes using a machine equipped with blades that reach vertically into the turf canopy to cut through lateral stems and dislodge

perhaps

Sufficient for an average, hectare-sized area of plant-growing soil for original seeding, re-seeding and verticulation

Vertikulierung exists in both English and German and must have something to do with promoting the growing process.

to be used with an average amount of seed per hectare

I think you ought to paraphrase here in order to get the idea across, while I admit not understanding how "Vertikutierung" (verticuting; no seed involved, just mechanical) fits here.
