Hi,

Question is either investment or accounting-related, not quite sure here. As per this it could also be accounting-related https://wirtschaftslexikon.gabler.de/topic/wertpapiergeschae... although most pointers are indicative of it being investment-related, including the context (I think?).

Not quite sure about the outcome of that question.

In the notes (Erläuterungen) on the liabilities on the balance sheet underneath (not under) "Concerning 10. Equity" it says:
DE:
Das Grundkapital beträgt 360,0 Mio. € und setzt sich zusammen aus 360.000 nennwertlosen Stückaktien mit einem ***rechnerischen Wert*** von jeweils 1.000 €. Die Aktien werden vollständig von der Finanzholding der Sparkasse in X gehalten.

You say you're not sure about the outcome of the previous question, but it clearly says in the discussion box that the customer chose 'book value'. You could also say 'accounting/notional value'.

Since they are "no par" shares, the value recognized (the nominal value) = EUR 360 million divided by 360,000 shares = EUR 1,000

I'll bow to the consensus and change my answer to "notional" (but note this definition: "The notional amount (or notional principal amount or notional value) on a financial instrument is the nominal or face amount that is used to calculate payments made on that instrument. This amount generally does not change and is thus referred to as notional." So the notional amount is nominal amount.
