German term

L+L

German to English Bus/Financial Accounting
The whole phrase is "Forderungen aus L+L gg. verbundene UN" which I understand in the context to mean "claims [from L+L] against associated enterprises". However, it is not clear to me what L+L is an abbreviation for.

L+L = Lieferungen und Leistungen = trade

Forderungen aus L+L gg. verbundene UN = trade receivables from affiliated companies/entities

Please note that "verbunden" is "affiliated", not "associated" (which is something else). "Affiliated companies" are parents and subsidiaries, while "associates" are equity investments of generally between 20% and 50% ("significant influence" test), which are normally equity-accounted.
