Sollte kein Beleg vorhanden sein, kann in Ausnahmefällen ein Eigenbeleg erstellt werden (Aktivität im Consolidate). Dieser muss jedoch die folgenden Angaben beinhalten: Datum des Bezuges, Ort und Name des Bezugs, Kunde, Projekt: Währung, Betrag, Detaillierte Beschreibung des Bezugs, Begründung weshalb kein Originalbeleg vorhanden ist, sowie Datum und Unterschrift.
