I would prefer "regularity" (Eichborn)
When we say "propriety", it means correctness concerning standards of behaviour or morals (OR) details or rules of conventionally accepted behaviour. Somehow, it appears to me it is something to do more with moral, behaviour, etc., whereas here we are talking about "veracity or regularity" of the entries made in the company records.
I think, you can also use "veracity of consolidation measures......."
