Here's the translation, along with an explanation of what exactly is involved in an Anlagenspiegel:

An "Anlagespiegel" is typically done by
a bank or an investment broker to help
(prospective) client to decide where to
invest their money (i.e. stocks, bonds,
mutual funds etc.). The "Anlagespiegel"
gives the (prospective) client an overview of the performance of various
investment vehicles (stocks, bonds, etc.) over a fixed period of time for
comparison sake. Thus, it is like an
investment summary or recapitulation.
I did not find the word per se in various dictionaries. To translate "Spiegel" into "mirror" I don't think
makes much sense, because it is more
an overview. Prospectus does not work
here either, because this is only an
overview of an individual stock/bond.
Maybe someone out there knows the
equivalent.

I forgot to mention that, if an individual encloses such a sheet with
their financial statement, then it also
means, that he or she want to show
someone the past performance of their
investments--again a sort of overview
of their investment portfolio's performance.
