an Anton Pillar-type search and seize order

The asker doesn't indicate her target-audience country, so the answer is really usable in the UK and OZ/NZ only.

The search & seize order, common in copyright & patent infringement but not only, used to be named after a copyright infringement case involving a German limited partnership called Anton Pillar KG.

agree AllegroTrans : you are the only answerer to point out that this type of order authorises a search and not merely seizure; I have translated instances where the bailiff has simply been required to enter the premises and draw up an inventory
