French Bus/Financial Accounting détaxes
This is part of a translation for specifications for an electronic tax rebate system. This would appear to be the actual tax rebate form created by the software. This is clearly an abbreviation of some sort, but I can't find the 'long' version anywhere in the text.

is the first thing that springs to mind:

Vente en détaxe et régularisation des bordereaux de dédouanement

lors de l’achat, le vendeur vous remet un bordereau de vente à l’exportation de 3 feuillets, signés par le vendeur et vous-même, lorsque vous décidez de recourir à la détaxe.

here they call it an "export sales form" (although I thought that it could just be a sales form....not sure):

When you buy the goods the retailer will give you an export sales form consisting of three sheets which must be signed by the retailer and yourself if you wish to apply for a VAT refund.
