"On humecta de Jurancon la bouche d'un nourrisson. Il s'agit du futur roi Henri IV **voue a toutes les celebrites...**"

I know the legend about Henri IV having his lips moistened with Jurancon, but I'm not sure how this follows. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

yes, as Bourth suggests. It is the "toutes" les celebrites which confused me, but it seems as if it was just the obvious...
