French term
robraque
robrack masculin
Dispositif de présentation des échantillons d'étoffe, fixés sur un support indiquant leurs caractéristiques commerciales.

sample hanger
The hanger presents a ‘waterfall’ of fabrics alongside a large ‘feeler’ piece of fabric which are combined in a ‘cap’ to make a hanging sample. Each item (SKU) is represented by a loop of fabric on the waterfall to allow the customer to see the colours and designs of fabrics available. The feeler allows the customer to touch the fabric and get a physical understanding of how the fabric drapes and behaves in a large piece.

Bru is a Belgian firm. I've had no luck searching for anything from them in French.

The same site (its glossary) also gives illustrations and descriptions of sample binders, sample books, and sample memos, and its 'sister' site Sample King also mentions sample cards.
fabric swatch display
This sort of thing quite often lends itself to a bit of pictorial googling: find photos of the French thing and then try to find an English term with equivalent photos.
It's also consistent with the definition.
Discussion
Mais de l'autre côté "portants" become "racks" et "robracks" to "taps"(dans la même FBpage)

They translate them as "clamps and hangers", but could just be a bad translation! Hope it helps...

Shop displays are tricky because every retailer has its own terminology, so you may have to make something up.
And my translation of it so far:
Within the XX group, some little-known but indispensable work goes on to help us showcase our products through the creation of batches, samples, swatches, ?? and moodboards, to appeal to and serve you in accordance with your needs.
