One of a list of job titles for ASF (French motorway construction and management company). I need to differentiate "maîtrise d'ouvrage" from "maîtrise d'oeuvre" which I've already translated as "project managership" (R&C du Management). Only possibility I can think of is "Client Sponsorship" ??
