Hi,
The following paragraph is a conclusion of something about young proplr's prospects:
C’est à ce prix que les jeunes découvriront ce qu’ils ont aujourd’hui du mal à imaginer : que le monde du travail offre finalement moins de souffrances que d’opportunités. C’est aussi à ce prix qu’on pourra libérer la plus formidable des énergies : celle de la liberté de réussir.

I'm not sure how to translate "qu’on pourra libérer la plus formidable des énergies" as it seems fairly vague in comparison with what has gone before.
Merci d'avance for your ideas.

that we can tap/release the greatest motivating force: the freedom to succeed.

I'm sure there are other ways to phrase this - I've taken some liberties (no pun intended!) with the words and perhaps wrongfully so if you've already dealt with 'energie' a lot in the text and my rendition of it doesn't match.

But this is to get the ball rolling.

Another slightly different suggestion:
That we can (will be able to) tap/release the ultimate motivator/motivating force: the freedom to succeed

suppose it could be:

...that ultimate motivating force: the freedom to succeed

to make the colon less awkward.

draw on the greatest source of energy: that of the freedom to be succesful

This is indeed difficult to translate - it all seems rather vague! What is the freedom to succeed anyway? Are people not free to succeed, to do their best in life?

neutral B D Finch : Well, some people are and some people aren't. At the moment perhaps one could look for examples of blighted opportunities for success at the situation of most of the population of Iraq, Gaza, Lebanon ...
