First, niaiser does not exist in French. There is no verb for niaiserie, which means sillyness, only the adjective "niais" and the adverb "niaisement".
Second: No teenie would use that word. My son knows what it means, but he says no one talks like that.
He would use "harceler" which can be translated with pestering, harassing or badgering.
