neutral Yakov Tomara : AFAIK non-resident doesn't always mean offshore. E.g. a foreign company just opens a bank account in a given country and then is referred to as a non-resident client. Doesn't need to be an offshore company.

I would use one of these rather than resident....

resider can be where the headquarters are OR the domicile
