Products (in this case, tableclothes) are sized and shaped

The tableclothes are packaged and probably sorted according to their size as well as shape (round, oval, rectangular, square)

made/produced in bulk and custom made

When reading the context, I have the impression that there are 2 different manufacturing options - table cloths that are just packaged (ie. uniformly sized table cloths - a bit like mass production) and others that are sized individually (ie. tailor/custom made)
