French term

Ingénieur Arts et Métiers

French to English Tech/Engineering Names (personal, company)
Here's the sentence:

--Participe en 1998 à une réflexion sur l'ingénieur Arts et métiers en 2015 (ENSAM)

It's from a section in a website where my client describes some of his activities/achievements,

I know that an ingénieur Arts et métiers makes a lot of money and is probably highly qualified, but that's about it.
Proposed translations (English)
3 production engineer

Discussion

Thank you! I get it now! It's an engineer who has graduated from ENSAM and that's exactly what I'll say.
Gina W Mar 7, 2005:
BTW, a quick Google search indicates that it is often left in French.

ENSAM graduates are generalist engineers in fact.
