"En ce moment, ils répètent comme des dingues pour préparer une série de concerts dans un maximum d’endroits différents et partout où l’on voudra bien les accueillir!"
=
At the moment they are practicing like crazy to prepare a series of concerts in as many different places as possible and everwhere where....?
I know what it says of course :), just having a bit of a brainblock right now with making it flow nicer. TIA, as always! :)

The sentence suggests to me that the band has to go looking for venues rather than wait around for invitations or expressions of welcome!

It does sound negative, but the asker did not give the info about it being a promotional text so I just translated what the sentence said to me :-)
Perhaps the writer wants us to feel sympathy for the band, which has had a difficult début! As the mother of a 15 year old heavy metal hard rock fan, I can assure you these people are not renowned for their happy positive outlook on life.

Here is what I have:
"They (the band) are currently practicing like crazy to prepare for a series of concerts in as many different places as possible and wherever else they are invited to appear!"
