Pas mon domaine mais peut-être que le terme Ren est utilisé de façon indifférencié pour le mot renouvellement comme Marco l'a proposé, mais on a peut-être deux utilisations différentes du terme ici, le premier concernerait le renouvellement lié à la prescription,... et le deuxième est peut-être une observation médicale à la suite du traitement ou de guérison, un renouvellement du tissu ou de peau peut-être par exemple.
