Orthopedic chair
Orthopedic chair means it has good lumbar support so you don't need to add that.
also "chair" covers lots of types but this seems to be an office chair with armrests
I think it's probably office since "bureau" is mentioned earlier but if hospital/home/nursing home etc the chairs will be different depending on the setting and the person sitting on it and might be an armchair in the living room etc
