French term

larguée

French to English Medical Medical (general)
From patient reports of people undergoing TAVI. I have 2 instances, one in each report:

Bloc: TAVI: sous sédation + Protocole bivalirudine
Préparation + vérifications dossier: Okay
FA: [illegible] dossier
VVP avant bras droit: perméable et fonctionnelle
Stoppée après que la ***valve soit larguée***
Pose d'une second VVP, 18G, main gauche

THEN:

TIA :)

I agree with other posters, that your text seems to refer not to an accidental loss (valve fallen off) but rather to the targeted release of the valve from the catheter.
"Deploy" is one of the terms used in that context.

released

Not a medical translator but a description of the procedure is here

and released appears to be the term used in English under similar circumstances.

If there is a fragment of the bioprosthetic valve released at the time of deployment, it will be encased and trapped by the stent, and will not embolize distally.

For example for stents the terms "deliver" or "delivery system" are often used.
