French term

SEP d’emblée agressive

French to English Medical Medical (general) Forms of MS
This term appears in a market survey, completed by doctors, of drugs used to treat the various forms of MS.

I imagine this means 'MS aggressive at the time of diagnosis' or words to that effect but I want to make sure I have got the right sense of 'd’emblée'; can't really see what else it could mean unless I have missed something, but would be grateful for some expert input. Thanks!

:)

d'emblée "d'emblée" means "right off the bat, from the start" - "aggressive onset MS"

I don't think emblée here can be immediate as usually used. See :http://www.clevelandclinicmeded.com/medicalpubs/diseasemanag... Prevalence
