gastric adenocarcinoma - tumour lysis syndrome
Hello
I am not 100% sure here of the English translation, having found hyperphosphoraemia, and hyperphosphataemia..
Sorry about the missing grave accents.
I have typed the French as in the text.
Thank you!

hyperphosphatemia
"Hyperphosphatemia. Like potassium, phosphates are also predominantly intracellular. Hyperphosphatemia causes acute renal failure in tumor lysis syndrome, because of deposition of calcium phosphate crystals in the renal parenchyma."

Note from asker:
Hi, this is an interesting one:- Seems the English version is genuinely "hyperphosphatemia/aemia"...look here in the French: http://209.85.229.132/search?q=cache:VOCJFguA24gJ:dictionnaire.doctissimo.fr/definition-hyperphosphatemie.htm+hyperphosphatemie&cd=5&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk&lr=lang_fr |
