In a medical report: "sd febrile à domicile". It's probably something v. obvious, but I can't figure it out...any thoughts much appreciated.

febrile syndrome
This woumd be the full term (as verified by my French physician husband). Might also just go simply with fever, depending on if there are other symptoms or not
Undifferentiated febrile syndrome: Fever (axillary temperature 38º C) that has no obvious etiology and has no more than 7 days evolution in a previously healthy person 5 years of age or older.

: the asker asked only what means sd as abbreviation! it was hard to find the meanning of the abbreviation, not the meanning of the entire statement!

Of course that it's about febrile syndrome...
The hard part was to find the meanning of the abbreviation :)
