I think "insignificant" might work better.

Just to spell it out, the translation problem, here, is whether or not aortic failure/insufficiency could sensibly be described as 'almost non-existent' - this is in someone who has a replacement valve.

quasi nulle means "almost non existent" and it is not a medical term it is basic french
