French term

un point de vue terminaux

French to English Marketing Marketing
This is from an invitation to a creativity workshop, during which the participants will be developing a range of services focusing on housing for the disabled and elderly.
The full sentence is "vous construirez une grille de lecture des services, d'un point de vue utilisateur et d'un point de vue terminaux". I'm not sure what they mean by "un point de vue terminaux"? Does this mean that it will be electronic (the participants are asked to bring a USB key so that they can take their work away with them at the end). Thanks for your help!

Discussion

Martin Cassell Nov 5, 2007:
speculation: it might require a fuller context to know properly, but I suspect the intended contrast is between the user's p-o-v and the service deliverer's p-o-v, terminaux referring perhaps to "outlets"/"branch offices"?
