Freintes is shrinkage. It refers to losses incurred either during the production process or during stockage. Shrinkage is a "normal loss" due to time, temperature, etc. Wastage ia broader and may also refer to unusual losses, or losses due to mishandling.
Repasses may be have different meanings depending on the context. In the wheat industry it would be middlings
