French term

L'astreinte téléphonique est gratuite

French to English Bus/Financial Manufacturing Telephone support
This sentence appears the page of a contract which outline the 24/24 7/7 telephone trouble-shooting service. What puzzles me is that they have already pointed out several times that this is a free service and then this sentence appears on a line of its own, as if it is giving some additional information. Any ideas?

Well, I'm not sure if they are just emphasizing the fact, or if there's something else I'm missing out on!

If they are just emphasizing what has already been said could you translate it as a sort of catchphrase especially as it appears in a line on its own

2 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks. Obviously, I wasn't missing anything - they were just hammering the point home!"

Sorry, I think I may have interpreted question poorly. Are they just emphasising the fact perhaps ?
