Assuming this is a document made before a notary, I believe 'les comparants' refers to the parties who are appearing before him/her. So I think you could simply call them ' the parties' or 'the parties hereto'.
The rest of that first phrase means that the company is being formed between the parties who are being allotted shares now (this is presumably dealt with later in the document) and anyone who becomes a shareholder at a later date.
