Letter from notary inquiring about bank accounts of a deceased person
This is a letter from a notary in France to a financial institution inquiring about various accounts held by a recently deceased person.
At the very bottom is this statement: ***"Membre d'une association agréée par l'administration fiscale acceptant à ce titre le règlement des honoraires par chèque libellé à son nom".***
Can someone suggest a "standard" way of wording this in English? TIA

This has been asked before, quite recently, so I would encourage you to check out the previous question, as I found the discussion most useful.
I don't think there really is any one, standard translation for this concept (which doesn't really exist in EN), but "payment by cheque accepted" is probably enough, without going into long and complex explanations about French fiscal regulations!
