Any ideas about "concluant par" ?

I believe 'concluant par' to mean 'pleading through' or 'making oral submissions through'.
I would be tempted to use 'represented by' and (if your translation is for a UK audience) 'barristers {to the Court)'.
I assume you don't have a problem with 'comparant'? I might use 'present (in Court)'.

By the way, S.C.P. stands for "société civile professionnelle", for which Bridge recommends "civil-law professional partnership", GDT "professional civil company" and Eurodicautom "private professional company".
