French term

toutes garanties contre toutes poursuites

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Terms and Conditions of sale
Hello,
This comes from Terms and Conditions of Sale for a design agency. I think I know what it's getting at, but I'm not sure how to phrase it. Full indemnity against legal action perhaps?
Thanks for any help.

guarantees against any proceedings

I don't think you can use indemnity as that implies an exemption. It goes on to say that he will take on all the costs of any defence, implying that proceedings may take place.

fully indemnifies and holds harmless against any and all actions and claims that may be....

It's just another way of saying 'garantir' in the legal sense of indemnifying and holding harmless. The 'toutes' is 'fully' which is properly used with 'indemnifies'...
